Privacy, the short version.
This site runs no analytics, no trackers, and no ads — so this policy is short because there is genuinely little to disclose. Effective August 28, 2026.

who we are
Panda The App ("we") is an independent app studio operated by Hoang Le Panda, King Park West, West Springfield, Virginia 22151, USA. Questions about this policy: hoangle@pandatheapp.com.
what this website collects
One thing, and only when you choose to send it: the request-an-app form asks for your name (optional), a reply-to email address, and your app idea. Submissions are stored in a Google Form owned by us and used for exactly one purpose — reading your request and replying to it. They are never added to a marketing list, never shared, and never sold.
what this website does not collect
No analytics, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting, no third-party trackers of any kind. The cookie banner on this site is an audit, not a consent wall — there are zero tracking cookies to consent to.
browser storage
The site stores two small flags in your own browser (localStorage/sessionStorage): whether the boot animation already played, and whether you dismissed the cookie notice. They never leave your device and you can clear them anytime from your browser settings.
hosting
The site is served by Google Firebase Hosting, which — like every web host — keeps standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and requested URL) for security and operations. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
the Dockyard Management demo
The shared demo account is a public sandbox. Anything entered there can be seen by other demo visitors and may be wiped at any time — please do not enter real customer, load, or personal data. Production Dockyard Management deployments are covered by their own customer agreements, not this page.
If you email hoangle@pandatheapp.com, we keep the correspondence like any small business keeps mail — to reply and to remember what was agreed. Nothing more.
your choices
Want a form submission or email thread deleted? Ask at hoangle@pandatheapp.com and it will be removed. Since we hold no accounts and no tracking profiles, there is nothing else to request.
changes
If our practices ever change — for example, when apps ship with their own accounts — this page changes first, with a new effective date and a note in the build log.
