who these terms cover
These terms apply to pandatheapp.com and to the shared Dockyard Management demo sandbox, both operated by Panda The App (Hoang Le Panda, West Springfield, Virginia, USA). Production deployments of our software are governed by their own customer agreements, which take precedence over this page.
the website
Content here — app descriptions, statuses, ship dates, the roadmap — describes work in progress and is provided "as is." Plans genuinely change; a date on the roadmap is a commitment of intent, not a contractual promise. We may update, correct, or remove content at any time.
the demo sandbox
The shared Dockyard Management demo exists so you can evaluate the product without talking to anyone. Rules: don't enter real customer, load, or personal data (it is visible to other visitors); don't use it for actual operations; don't attempt to break, overload, or gain elevated access to it. The sandbox may be reset or taken offline at any time without notice.
your submissions
Ideas sent through the request-an-app form are received in confidence but without obligation — we may build something similar to what you suggest (or may already be building it) without compensation or credit, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Don't submit anything confidential that you wouldn't want built.
intellectual property
The Panda The App name, the terminal-panda mark, and the content of this site are © 2026 Panda The App. App names shown here are our trademarks or planned trademarks. You're welcome to link to any page; please don't copy the site wholesale or present our marks as your own.
no warranties, limited liability
The website and demo are provided without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent the law allows. We are not liable for decisions made from roadmap dates, demo behavior, or site availability. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the website and demo — which is zero.
governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
