Consumer apps ship on main. The enterprise platform grows on its own branch and merges when it's ready. That's the whole strategy — no slide decks, no vision videos, just a commit history we intend to keep.

Every year gets a commit. Some are already pushed, most are still queued — but the graph is the plan, and the plan is public. Read it bottom to top if you like suspense, top to bottom if you like history.

HOW WE SHIP

Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast.

A decade is a long merge window on purpose. Here are the three rules that keep the graph honest — how commits earn their place on main instead of dying in a pitch deck.

Announce early

Every app gets a public card in the bamboo store before its ship date — status, platforms, changelog line. If we're building it, you can watch it build. No stealth mode, no "coming soon" that means "maybe."

Small and sharp

Tiny team, native code, no bloat. An app that does one job well beats a platform that does twelve jobs adequately. If a feature doesn't survive the diet, it wasn't load-bearing.

Decade patience

Compounding beats sprinting. The SaaS branch merges when it's ready — not when a VC says so, not when a trend does. Ten years is the schedule precisely because nobody can rush it.
