~/log — tail -f build.log

The build log, in daylight.

No thought leadership, no "10 tips" — one short entry when something real ships. Written by the panda, read by whoever's watching the queue.

init: pandatheapp.com goes live

The studio has a front door. Built terminal-first — the homepage is a working shell (type help, or sudo su if you're feeling brave), the roadmap is a git branch history, and the cookie banner audits itself: zero trackers found.

Five apps went up on public cards the same day. Dockyard Management is live with a shared demo account anyone can open — no form, no sales call. Gig-Management is in on-device testing, aiming for Google Play in September 2026. Cozy Crimes App starts production in October 2026, and TMS Pro and Lullapanda hold their places in the queue.

Next entry lands when something real ships. The panda doesn't post to post.
